Replacement of 4 toilets, shutoff valve, water supply line and repair of a flange. Took 2 days and for a total of 7 hours. This company is very responsive with calls but seems to be overbooked as the technician (Jake) had to leave in the middle of the work to another site. The technician was on time and called prior to driving to site which was great. The toilet work looks great, but there is no information regarding labor warranty and I have not received a response in regards to it. Their per hour rates are competitive but may have been cheaper to find a company that has per-job rates for work that requires multiple hours. I've hired Titletown plumbing for a large job (repipe a 1940s residence) and small (kitchen sink). Each service call is prompt and professional.
