5☆ I needed immediate help with chlorinator and water issues. I called Travis and he happily came out same day. Took his time. Never appeared rushed or irritated. Graciously offered other pool care advice. Welcomed me to call him with any follow-up Qs. Next-level customer service. I recommend Southern Escapes for builds and maintenance issues.

Great company! Services are consistent and reasonably priced. Any time there’s an issue they’re there to save the day. For example, my pump motor just died and needed replacement. It took a week to get it back up and running so the pool went green and a week out from a big birthday party. They jumped on it, readjusting the normal schedule to make sure that we had plenty of time to get the pool back in order before the party. When I have questions or concerns they’re helpful and great about communication. Highly recommended!!!

I recently hired Southern Escapes for tree trimming and removal, and I’m incredibly impressed with their work. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They showed up on time, clearly explained the scope of the job, and handled everything with skill and care. They removed a large tree that was dangerously close to my home and did an excellent job trimming several others to improve their health and appearance. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail—not only did they do top-notch work, but they also made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly afterward.
