I am a customer for life. I literally got into a car accident on the way to take my kids to their hair appointments with Allie today (nobody was injured, thankfully). I called Allie and she picked my kids up from the scene, cut their hair, took them for cookies at Publix, and returned them to me after all was done at the scene of the accident. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for her going above and beyond, not just as a stylist, but as a good human being. My kids were devastated to potentially miss their appointment and she made the impossible happen. We will be customers for life. Love this salon and love Allie!!

I also want to give Daphne a good review. I've been going to her for about 2 years and my hair is so much healthier and the color is far more natural looking. I now have a cut that I can blow dry, or not, depending on my mood and how much time I have. Never knew I had such texture.

Everything about Serendipity is amazing!! I highly recommend for all of your hair needs!! Both of my kids had color and cuts that were not exactly the easiest and they walked out looking incredible and so happy with the whole experience!! Will never use another salon!!
