She could find no definite reference to the brand in her computer and I could not confirm a model name or year of manufacture. The next day, he arrived early, confirmed the problem, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. The condo owner feared he'd have to have a new water heater installed. Luckily, the repairman was honest and efficient.
