My experience was awesome. The two employees I dealt with that the hail plantation location were extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. They did a great job on bathing my dogs. They were awesome getting me in on a tight schedule before I was leaving town and highly recommend them to anybody else looking for a reliable groomer.

I like Scenthound as they are so easy to book, and my dog never seems stressed. However, my only issue is that their grooming is basic, not breed specific and for a poodle that does not work very well for me.

She came out happy and clean they took special care of this girl already booked another appointment we found her new groomer and glad we did getting the unlimited package ensures my dog will always look good and feel good thanks to scenthound
