I needed my kitchen sink drain snaked. After pricing around, I felt Rotor-Rooter to be the best price. Due to their clog free 6 mo guarantee. I found the plumber to be very professional and knowledgeable. Their service is reasonably priced especially with a 6 month guarantee. Others may offer a bit less but, with no guarantee.
The gentleman who came out to help us truly went above and beyond to help us locate the issue. Turned out not to be a plumbing issue but an A/C issue, but without his bulldog persistence it could’ve taken days to figure it out. Saved us time and more importantly damage (which translates to cost) to our house. Consider this family a loyal customer because of how this dude decided to not throw his hands up and leave when he could have.
Left a message yesterday afternoon and received a call promptly at 8am.Less than an hour Jonathan arrived before the time I was quoted. He asked questions to access what we were experiencing and what he was about to do. He did not leave until he checked the toilets, sinks and tubs to make sure we had water and flushing toilets. The main line was clogged and in no time we were flushing toilets. This is the company to call.
