You may read this review and think its not a legitimate customer review. I don't think I've ever left a review on google but I can PROMISE you this is the way my experience with Ray French went.
AC went out on a Sunday, technician was on site within 2 hours. We got the news the compressor was out. Garrett informed us of our options and best route to take. He was up front and gave several options with the pros and cons of each option. We decided based on Garrett's recommendation to replace the entire system.

Last week, I realized my air conditioner wasn't cooling. I called Brinnick Air (who installed my air conditioner two years ago). I was informed that Nick Pino, owner of Brinnick Air had bought Ray French Heating and Air. Ray French would be very proud that behind his name still remains honesty, hard work, and satisfied customers. The same day I called, I was able to get an HVAC technician--George, who was friendly and a hard worker. He found a clog and flushed it out. He showed it to me; it was impressive. LOL. I spent two days with no A/C in Florida heat. The house was boiling! I called Ray French and they dispatched someone the very same day. They said from 4-6 and TJ made it a whole hr early! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a full assessment and inspection, and found the problem. Explained how things work and why my system wasn't working. And even gave me tips on job to keep it working efficiently. Anyone that needs their Hvac unit fixed, call Ray French and ask for TJ! I will definitely be calling them when ever my system is not working and giving referrals. You just won a customer for life!
