“I just have to say that I got the best service from these guys. I am a widow and was having the worst time with needing my septic tank pumped (also having terrible roof problems to add while taking care of my disabled mother). I called and talked to Mr. Bob and he said they would be out the following day between 9am and 11am. They were at my house a little after 9am to dig out the septic and said the septic would be pumped and done by 11am. I asked if he could check for clogs because I have 3 bathrooms and only one was actually working (sort of). Everything was backing up into my tubs and showers and it smelled so bad that I was sick to my stomach. My late husband always took care of these things, so I had no clue what I was doing. After leaving, the toilets were still clogged, and I called him back and he said he would send them back out even though they found no clogs after pumping it. The guys came right back and found the clog and took care of it. I have never worked with such nicer and respectful people. I was crying after they left. I will NEVER use anyone but Premier Plumbing from here on out. Thanks, guys, for everything. I was beginning to think that I would never get this done because everyone I called was more expensive and one place told me that if they couldn't get to my septic I would be charged a $150 fee for coming out! Premier had no problem navigating my property which usually takes a 4-wheel drive to get to. If I could give you 100 stars I would. I wish you all the best and thank you again for dealing with such a huge problem and making my life better. Sometimes when things seem so little to others, it can mean the world to someone else.“
