“I called Megan last week when I was in Gainesville for the Holidays and experiencing some serious back pain. She was on vacation, but was still kind enough to spend 45 minutes of her own time on the phone with me talking through my symptoms and potential solutions. I set an appointment with her, but was able to resolve my issues before thanks to her incredible guidance! I wish they made more clinicians like her, truly concerned about helping people get to the root of their problems.“

“When I got the news a few years ago that my daughter needed to go to speech therapy, I was crushed. I knew she was a bright kid and being a typical mom, I went through a process of believing this was my fault. I never would have known how much I would watch Iris thrive at Fundamental Therapy and how speech would end up being her favorite part of the week. Since going to speech, Iris had several different women work with her but none were as amazing as her most recent therapist - Haley. In just a few months, Iris went from the kid I had to translate for so others could understand her to the young lady testing on a 4th grade vocabulary level (she is in kindergarten!) and being able to actually order a meal at a restaurant without the server looking at me for help in a state of panic. Iris talks about Haley even on days where she does not have speech and counts down the days until she gets to see her again. Haley has an ability to connect with her patients through the games she plays and her genuine, warm personality. I do not think I have ever seen Haley without a smile and have not seen anyone so passionate about what she does or her students. Kids notice when they are wanted and when they are believed in! When my husband pursued his dreams and returned to school, leaving me as the sole parent able to take Iris to appointments, Haley was so accommodating and worked with our schedule. She has always been there to cheer Iris on and never watered down the words because she knew she could do it. Without Haley, Iris wouldn't be half the talker she is today. While we are so excited to see our baby girl graduate her speech journey, we feel like saying goodbye to Haley is like bidding family farewell. Thank you so much for being our girl's rockstar and we will visit soon. She definitely cares for you!“

“It was okay. The physical therapists were nice \\u0026 did a great job with me, \\u0026 I thank them for that. But I’ll never forget the introduction “interview”. It was a bad experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. (\\u0026 I’m not talking about the ginger. I like ginger.) While I was waiting for the manager, or whoever is in charge, I pulled a ginger chew out of my purse \\u0026 ate it. When the brunette walked in she said under her breath, “that’s a great way to start an interview.” First of all, am I applying for a job here, or am i paying you for the physical therapy?? I’m paying “you”, not the other way around. \\u0026 my tummy hurt. That rude first impression made me not want to be there. \\u0026 I ended up calling \\u0026 making up some excuse to not have to finish out the last week or two. \\u0026 to top it off, when I offered her a ginger chew, she made a look like she was disgusted, \\u0026 said, “I HATE ginger.” Rude. A kind “no thank you” would have been more appropriate. But I’ll still give them 4 stars bc the physical therapy was consistent \\u0026 the PTs were kind. I just couldn’t stand the manager, or whoever “interviewed” me, \\u0026 thank God I don’t have to work for her, bc she’s not so nice.“
