I have absolutely love working with Megan over the course of the past weeks. I met Megan at a jiujitsu seminar initially and decided to come to them after I was having some new issues. She has been great and really worth it. They have been so different from past PT experiences because they really listen to you and physically get involved with how I am moving tailoring each session to what kind of movement I require. Megan is honest with me and tells me exactly how it is and I appreciate her transparency. I am currently pain free and moving towards full function all thanks to Megan!! They’re the bed 10/10 I recommend.

I've had a great experience working with Paul for the past few weeks. I am 7 sessions into the program and already have better mobility than I've had in years. Most of my problems likely arose from poor sitting posture, chronic low grade injuries, or both. What I like most about Forge Performance Physical Therapy is that they keep patients in the gym or get them back to the gym (or wherever your preferred activities / sports take you). If that sounds like what you need, I encourage you to give them a call.

My first visit to Forge was to address a nagging shoulder issue. Paul took time to understand and diagnose the problem and provided specific exercises that have allowed me to continue doing the kind of exercise I enjoy without limitations. I love Crossfit and Paul showed me how I could continue to enjoy it while fixing my issue. More recently, I've been working with them proactively to help make my back (a previous vulnerability) a strength. I have a lot of confidence in their expertise and desire to get to the root cause. And I've learned a lot in the process.
