Not surprised to see the # of 1 star reviews that are here. They have pretty bad dump truck drivers who like to fight & push there way through from the right lane to the left at the merge on Archer rd just past the Tower rd light. Pretty ridiculous when they could just get over a quarter mile before the light. Management's response when I called was that people could just be nice & let them in...... smh..... why put people in that position? Highly doubt ill see any changes in driver behavior. So be warned, I will not let you in, stay away from me.

O’Steen does unpermitted work without consideration of neighboring wetlands. I’m sure their contractor says it’s the homeowners responsibility to get permits, but checking it on the county website only takes a minute. If they put this little care into following the rules of the community, I’m sure their work is poor.

Had Osteen Bros build a large berm on my property. Tim Queen did a quick and great job on it and it ended up being a little bit cheaper than anticipated. Would use them again for sure.Service: Excavation & grading
