“I don't usually write reviews online, but in this scenario it's warranted. I had the best experience visiting Guitar Center yesterday thanks to Joel and Alex. I know close to nothing about guitars, but was set on getting my fiance a new guitar as his wedding gift next month. Joel immediately offered his expertise. He educated me (without mansplaining) and took the time to help me select the perfect guitar. It didn't stop there. The only guitar they had in stock in the style we selected was the floor display that had minor scratches and dents. Joel spent the next 30 minutes calling different stores all around the US to find a brand new guitar to ship to Florida within the time frame I needed. Their guidance and determination to help me select the perfect gift was unmatched, and their passion for what they do is clear.
