Dave was the J.W. Freeman rep who delivered great service with upgrading all three of our toilets. He was quick, efficient, very knowledgeable and it was completed at a reasonable cost. We will definitely be reaching out to J.W. Freeman for all of our plumbing needs in the future! Thanks Dave!
Rob and Rambo were great. Very pleasant and professional. Quickly addressed our clogged drains to our complete satisfaction. Answered all the questions we threw at them. And based on my prior plumber experiences, very reasonably priced. We will definitely call on them for any future needs.
Joel and Zion did an excellent job removing our old water heater and installing a new one. Even though the old one was 52 years old! I had gotten a second quote that was considerably higher than JW Freeman, so I'm as pleased as possible at spending over $1000. Joel and Zion were on time, professional and pleasant.
Had to call to check on appointment. When we called, no appointment was listed ( called the day before) . We're were surprised to hear this. A check was made them, a technician was dispatched . Technician was helpful, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem. Both thermostats were replaced.
Pleased with the results.
