My first visit to this location. I was pleasantly greeted by four ladies that were busy working, looked professional & sincere! No waiting room, no waiting at this location! Restroom was available, clean & stocked! Unlike their Ocala office. Anna did my touch up laser hair reduction. She did a great job, answered my questions honestly that I have had for a long time! Txt. room was clean! Anna was a blessing. I will return to Gainesville office. Thank you Anna & staff for being a blessing!Service: Laser hair removal
