I made the tough decision to get a hair piece and after literally hours of investigating and talking to business's far away, I decided to go with Bryan. He has the unique ability to communicate and understand what you want. He is patient, understanding and fully competent. He gave me exactly what I had in mind, which was something unique to only me. This completely looks like my own hair. That was not an easy challenge. I am quite satisfied. I can highly recommend him.

The first appointment of haircut + blowout was good. The second appointment I had my hair colored to cover the gray, and the color was way too dark. The third appointment I asked for a lighter color to match mu natural dark brown, and pointed to the color I wanted on a swatch. He said ok, and over an hour later my roots were a MUCH lighter color than the rest of my hair. As I pointed this out, Bryan mumbled something about "I knew we should've done a darker color" which I was surprised because none of this was mentioned to me when I picked out the color. I'm not sure if this was a passive aggressive comment or he was just talking to himself. It definitely wasn't my fault...read full review
