Been customers for 5 years. The experience has been deteriorating every year. Good masseues are let go, horrible ones have been hired in their place. The decor has been half redone but never finished. They just raised prices 15% and also managed to screw up our couples booking for my birthday. Prices go up and quality goes down? We go elsewhere.

My friend and I both had very weird experiences here recently. My masseuse kept talking through the session, asked uncomfortable questions, and the entire vibe was weird and off. It also seemed that she was trying to implement new age practices that turned me all the way off. I felt it had nothing to do with the body massage. As soon as my friend and I both met after our sessions, we both said we are never coming back. The facility is beautiful and the help was kind, but the massage experience itself was very uncomfortable.

I received a gift certificate for my birthday and didn't know what to expect. It was wonderful. I was greeted by a genuine and welcoming staff and Taylor's facial was one of the best I've ever had.

I was new to Gainesville and dreading needing to find a hair stylist when I came across Jess. Jess listens to what I want and does exactly that. I get so many compliments on my hair because Jess does an awesome job. The salon is very pretty and everyone is very friendly. Jess is awesome! I hadn’t cut my hair in almost a year and was nervous to, but she listened to me, paid attention to my hair type, and gave me exactly what I wanted even though I wasn’t even sure what it was I wanted. I never style my hair so I needed something effortless and she gave me exactly that. The prices are also extremely reasonable. 10/10 recommend!
