they had installed a new system in July. for the past two weeks the system was not functioning at its optimal level. The cause was the condensation blockage. Ari came when I explained him the issue, he was well aware of the it from his experience and fixed it. Hopefully it will not reoccur but Ari said if it happens again call him.
I contacted Gator Heating and Air conditioning at 8am and told them there was little to no heat coming out of my AC unit, and the temperature outside was 29 degrees. They advised they would have a technician out sometime today. At around 3 pm the technician arrived at my home and immediately began diagnosing the problem. He took the heat strip board out and replaced it in a matter of minutes and got the unit back in order.
The first time I made contact with Gator hearing and AC was when they installed the unit at my home, this company goes above and beyond to be professional and keep the area clean and near and do a fantastic job!

Had the pleasure of the owner doing the house call, great person and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this company for any and all your AC issues. We spoke about how to improve my ventilation issues and came up with a solid plan and prior to that diagnosed and corrected my issue.
