The customer service is outstanding. Of course your A/C stops working in the summer. Made a service call and the wonderful customer service lady Maria walked me through a solution to fix the problem over the phone. Saving us the necessity of having a service come to the house (which might note have been for a while) and therefore saving us money. Great Job

When the AC went out these guys were at my home within 2 hours. They even offered a window unit while they worked. Very professional, ran into electrical problems, but got it ironed out *very* quickly. Courteous and thorough. Very, very good experience using them!
