Needed to book Massage (same day of course even though I’m a massage therapist and I often wonder why massages are always last-minute plans yet. Here I am ha ha ha, ha.) Julie was on it with very clear and timely responses and directions that I received through text message which left me feeling confident about showing up to a new place. I had intended on having a female therapist however, Richard was the only one available. I’m so glad I went with the flow of the process. I feel super safe receiving bodywork for Richard who is skilled, respectful and effective in his work. I feel grateful, physically better and looking forward to booking again next month.
I came in with acute pain and Julie was able to see me the same day, which I really appreciated. She was warm, attentive, and highly professional, and I immediately felt cared for and in very good hands. Julie also took the time to explain what she was noticing and made thoughtful recommendations for further care beyond her scope. I’m very grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate massage therapist.
