We are so happy with the entire process, from Ed on the sales floor, to our demo team who were friendly and cleaned up after themselves, to Glenn the installer. He was meticulous and fixed everything (dips and divots) he uncovered on the old floor so the new flooring would be as perfect as possible. And it did end up perfect.
