Carpet One was fantastic to work with! The front office ladies were super helpful and great at communicating. The were able to order the exact flooring I needed and within a day of it being shipped they had people over to install it! Will definitely call them again for any future projects.

After determining my new house had a shoddy original flooring install, I had Carpet One/Maggie come take a look & give me a quote to install my floors correctly. She was awesome and professional and made me feel better confirming it was a terrible original install she could fix. From start to finish I could not be happier. The installers were professional and knowledgeable as well as efficient. I highly recommend Carpet One & can’t Thank her enough!

Working with Carpet One Floor & Home was truly a wonderful experience throughout, from selecting hardwood flooring and carpet, to scheduling installation, to the installation itself, and the final arrangements. They were extremely knowledgeable, competent, and kind. Communication was easy and rapid. Installers were punctual and highly skilled, and they answered all my questions and cleaned up after their work. They are excellent.
