Carpet One and their staff have been wonderful to work with. My in-laws are elderly and just moved into a new to them home. They wanted carpet in their bedroom and Diana and the team were very helpful. My in-laws had concerns with the padding and the carpet being a trip hazard and Diana helped work with them and safety was their priority. From carpet shopping to completed installation this was phenomenal experience. The number of potential available selections was staggering. But Seth was able to provide direction to the right kind of sample’s that met my specific requirements. His knowledge of products was astounding. He could speak in detail including the pro’s annd cons of every carpet I was interested in.Specific guidance was provided in the best style of transition between each of the three different flooring types I had to match up.
