This is my 2nd semester at 2nd Ave and I can say that it's a great place to live. I live in a 2/2: my room is a little small due to an entrance hallway, but my roommate's is the perfect size. Our kitchen is incredible; it has tons of counter space as well as cabinet space, and I'd have to say that is my favorite part of the apartment. The furniture is nice, appliances function, and when they don't, maintenance responds promptly. The employees that work in the office are always nice and pleasant. Overall, 2nd Ave is a great place to live that's close to campus!

I've been living at 2nd Ave for a couple months now and I'm very satisfied! The environment that the staff provides makes me feel at home and welcomed. My favorite thing about living here is that it's conveniently close to UF and downtown (my fav spot). Allison, one of the community assistants has made my time here all the more AWESOME.

I have loved living here for the past four years. The apartment is very nice, the staff is accommodating, and they hold fun events. The parking garage is awesome and you can always find a spot. The gym has great equipment and is never too crowded. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a great apartment complex in Gainesville look here!
