The hinge on my laptop almost broke off completely and I needed to get it fixed automatically without waiting for more further damage, so I took it to Dog Bytes on Thursday and they took really good care of it and now it's tighter and way better than before as I just got it back today. Thanks to Matt and Jeff, they did awesome work and I highly recommend this place to anyone. They're awesome!

My PC failed after a simple task and I sat through Hurricane Idalia trying to troubleshoot it. Usually I can fix the issue w/ my little knowledge (and YouTube) however, this issue was much bigger than I could handle. I was a first time customer of Dog Bytes and I can say, WHAT AN AMAZING COMPANY! I WILL NEVER bring any PC's of mine to anyone else! DB Customer service was excellent and my PC started right back up and works with no problems! I should mention that my PC was there for a few days.... and it only cost me about $125-135 (I cannot recall the exact amount)... thats what the Geek Squad charges to diagnose... THANK YOU!!!! What an amazing find!!!
