Brought my laptop in for wifi card issues. They ordered a replacement and gave me a spare part to borrow so I could continue using my laptop over the weekend. When my laptop randomly decided to work normally with all its own original parts, they didn’t charge me for anything, even though they had disassembled it, switched out parts, run diagnostics, etc.
I used to always go to impact computers, but since they closed, this will be my new place!
I’ve been a customer of Dogbytes since the very early 2000’s. I bought several computers from them and they are great to deal with. No BS. They’re quick to help when there’s any issues and make… house calls!! I recommend them highly. I totally trust them!
I appreciate how knowledgeable these guys are, and how fast they got to working on my laptop. They did everything possible to diagnose and offer a fix, and when I decided not to repair, they set up my new laptop exactly like the old one and transferred everything over. Prices are super reasonable.
