I called Tap because my computer wasn't recognizing any WIFI modems around. This is a big deal because I work online. Tap told me to get a USB Wireless Adapter from the store and lo and behold, my computer can connect to WIFI modems again. Tap didn't charge me a dime, did not waste my time, and was sympathetic to my problem from the very start. I will use him again and recommend him to anyone having computer issues. Thank you, Tap!

After spilling water on my laptop last night, I called Tap and left a VM message. He called me back quickly and recommended another computer repair shop, saying they have also been in business for years and do more laptop hardware work than he does. He felt they would be my best bet. So Tap gets five stars for excellent service and running an honest business.

My computer could not recognize any wifi modems. I called Tap and in 3 minutes he told me what I should do (get a wireless USB adapter) and my problems were solved. He did not charge me a dime and was sympathetic to my problem and personable. I will use him again and tell anyone having computer issues to contact him.
