Today was a good day. I’ve had stomach pain for quite a while, but I just figured it would just go away, but recently it’s gotten so bad that I had no choice but to make an appointment to this GI office, and I’m so glad I did. The front desk is amazing I was checked in quickly by Paige, and was called immediately back by MA Lynn and then I was seen by APRN Angela Soucey. MA Lynn and APRN Soucey are both great listeners, with APRN Soucey possessing a pleasing bed side manner. I truly believe I was heard by her. Great Dr's, very organized and get you in as fast as they can, but they listen and care without being rushed. They're helping me with a problem that no one figured out in almost a year. Very thankful.
If you want a doctor and nurse to listen and help resolve an issue…this is the place! I always feel heard, even when there is a communication issue they still took the time to address it professionally and with compassion. I can’t say enough how grateful I am that I was referred to this office!
