I decided to call Cook's Air Conditioning & Heating Specialists a few weeks ago and set up a twice a year HVAC system maintenance checkup because I could hear a funny noise whenever the system started up and I didn't want to be left with a system not working during the up coming hot summer. It turns out there was a part that wasn't functioning to it's full potential and I went and had it replaced. the service person spent a good hour going over everything and different testing devices (I had no idea what they were). I feel confident that now my unit will function not break down when I need it the most.
Service was wonderful as always with Cook's. I had some extra questions for Jesse this visit & she answered them very thoroughly. I am so glad to have found Cook's as a business to use for heat & air. Fair priced , prompt , honest & the employees are always professional and top notch.
Timely and efficient. He even remembered my pet pig from when he had to replace all of my insulation and vent tubing from when my pig got up under my mobile home a nested during the winter last year. Thanks again for being true professional.
