My family and I highly recommend Concierge Home Care in Gainesville, FL. From our initial consultation with Penny to the outstanding care provided to our elderly father with advanced Alzheimer’s, we were treated with the utmost care, compassion, and respect. The in-home care provided allowed us to have a few cherished moments with Dad before he was transferred to an inpatient hospice facility. A special shout-out and sincere thanks to our caregivers, C’iara, Kyesha, Angela, and Chastity, for their patience and understanding during a difficult time for our family.

Ms. Penny is a wonderful boss that treats us with respect, and she goes out of her way to show us how much we are appreciated and valued. As long as you do a great job in providing 5 star care to clients, Penny, the staff and Warren go out of their way to find you consistent work. Ms. Penny strives to hire the best.
