I am a disabled veteran with many at risk health issues. I have been assigned an aide 3-4 hours a day a total of four days a week. My aides name is Aurora, and she is amazing. If she will be late, she calls and lets me know. When she arrives, she gets right to business cleaning things around my home and washing clothes, dishes, and shopping. She also waters my plants and will do yard work when necessary. If she notices something out of place, she does not wait for me to ask her to fix the issue; she does it, and many times I do not notice the completed results until days latter when I am surprised to see the job done. I have worked for this company for nearly 6 years. My overall experience has been AWESOME! Including...competitive pay, flexible scheduling, assistance with licensing requirements and renewals, open door policies, and not to mention compassion and care for the clients receiving service as well as their family members.I have recommended this company to many other CNA associates whom all have had positive feedback about working for Sherri (the owner). And I will continue to work for and recommend this company to anyone in need of home health care services or seeking a great employment opportunity!
