My wife is in an Alzheimer’s care facility. Concierge has been overly aggressive to get me to use their services. The have missed a meeting and tried to make contact with my son who is a secondary emergency contact. I have written a letter asking them to stop all contact. This month the Medicare billing statement shows over $1,300 in charges billed to Medicare, all unauthorized. I have no trust in them.
Was kicked out of a clients home for being a queer person and the client noticed but the agency knew and still sent me there, and now this agency is just ignoring me and refusing to give me hours and it's been a week. I was told that was the issue by the client, so there's no assumption there. This company provides subpar communication with their caregivers and that creates issues in care. They knew the client had a preference in race, lifestyle, and religion for their care giver and didn't tell me anything before I went there about potential problems which is fantastically dangerous and caused me to be put in a terrible position in which I was asked inappropriate intrusive...read full review
My family and I highly recommend Concierge Home Care in Gainesville, FL. From our initial consultation with Penny to the outstanding care provided to our elderly father with advanced Alzheimer’s, we were treated with the utmost care, compassion, and respect. The in-home care provided allowed us to have a few cherished moments with Dad before he was transferred to an inpatient hospice facility.
