In the past I have had a very low opinion of Commonwealth. That opinion was caused mainly from the employee turnover rate. Every 3 months it was someone new coming to my house to check on my concentrator and most of those people were very rude as well as unprofessional. I just recently had an emergency situation where Commonwealth and Mr. Vernell came to my rescue. There was another gentleman that made a late Saturday delivery to my house who so knowledgeable and professional. Thanks Commonwealth!!

The office is very nice on the phone BUT they can never give an appointment time for when they will show up. I get the feeling that they think their time is more valuable than mine. I wind up waiting around all day and they show up at 5 PM to drop off a bag of equipment. I would fire them if I could.
