I'm a long time Gainesville FL resident and have learned to rely on recommendations from qualified people for any services needed for my home. Comfort Temp was recommended by our realtor and her husband who is a general contractor, both of whom are excellent. They said they have worked with Comfort Temp for 10 years. When I called Comfort Temp, they understood that my HVAC system has some unusual and complicated aspects and assigned their senior technician, Mike Blackwelder, who has 19 years of experience. I worked with Nick to replace my home unit after the existing one stopped working in June. They were able to get the job done quickly and affordably. I shopped around and they were lower than others in town for the same unit. He provided everything necessary for me to sell my home soon after and responded promptly. Highly recommend.
