The business operates on a walk-in basis; appointments or reservations are not mentioned as available. While the people are described as very friendly, there have been instances of unpleasant service and rude behavior at the counter. The waiting process can be disorganized, with no sign-up sheet or clear indication of wait times, which some find not the best way to run a business. Despite this, many find the massage worth it and plan to return.
I love this place!! They are efficient and care about their work. They offer a variety of massage options. When I’m low on time, a 20 minute chair massage does the trick. So happy to have a place like this close to home. Thank you Chi Massage.
This place got me feeling like jello afterwards. It felt so good and even it hurt at some point, which it also does depending on how the knots feel and I had deep knots. But basically almost fell asleep by how good it felt and I only did it for 10 min I would definitely come back again if I didn't live so far.
