Brucker Home Inspection was fantastic to work with. They discovered the roof damage that ultimately helped us negotiate a brand new roof from the sellers before closing, which made a huge difference for us. Throughout the inspection process, we really felt like they had our backs and provided clear, detailed information we could trust. Ashley in particular was so thorough and precise in her report, and we truly appreciate her level of attention. Highly recommend this team if you are buying a home!
Phenomenal service! Definitely not transactional, treated us like family and throughly inspected the home. Before inspection- educated us on home inspections from A to Z, I felt like I just got licensed to be a home inspector, taught us what to look for when going to open houses/showings, all around very informative and straightforward. Very accommodating especially when we needed an inspection done when we were nearing inspect/cancel date due to other inspection company cancelling appointment/having to reschedule last cancel date last minute. Recently, I had the pleasant experience of having Brucker Home Inspectors team to inspect a home I purchased in Alachua County. They all worked together to provide me with detailed information on every element in the home. They formulated decisions that may be needed in the near future. They pointed out to items that needed immediate attention, and counseled me personally on each appliance, and serious work that demanded immediate attention. They took many pictures.
