Excellent response time (same day) Honest tech noting that I didn’t need full replacement of my 20 something year old unit. At least not yet.! Lol. Had us up and running within 30 mins. We did get estimates to replace ‘just in case’ and were given a lot of options and pricing choices. Very informative. I’m impressed thank you Bounds! Andres rocks !!
