I am so very pleased with the service that I received from Bertie Heating and Air! From the receptionist, to the advisor, to the on site technicians, the service provided was absolutely exemplary! Everyone was polite, respectful and worked steadily to resolve our air conditioner situation.
First shout out is for Tyler, who gave me an honest assessment of the situation and clear, reasonable options for resolution ( which ended up requiring a total replacement.)vTyler also set us up with a temporary portable air conditioner, which was an absolute Godsend during the 2 days it took to install the new system!!!!! Replacing a unit for a friend. Tyler is so amazing. Very nice and polite young man. He represents this company well. They go above and beyond for their customers. This company is worth every penny you spend on repairs or replacement. Very knowledge and explained everything. They answered all the questions that were asked if them. Way to go!
I required new ductwork and AC service today. The two young men they sent out here to do my work Drew and Andy were very professional and kind. They both were so dedicated to their job and kept me educated to what they were doing. The work performed was amazing and they made sure I was happy with the work. An organization like this that hires such professionals as a company I will always use. I will always use this company for my AC and heating needs.I would like to add how wonderful Adam is.
