We've had the pleasure of working with Charlene Dinkla several times now, both as buyers and, most recently, sellers. Charlene is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, as well as incredibly caring & thoughtful. She really looks out for her clients' best interests. I knew that in her capable hands, we were guaranteed a smooth real estate transaction. Rental division can/will say things verbally and will not do them unless written down. Took 5 months for pest control issues to be taken care of (through threatening of legal action), 6 months for leaking roof issues to be fixed. Properties will always be in worse shape than they look, and anything not in writing will be ignored.
