Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a great business with awesome communication. Customers received a great product and quick installation. Aaron, a very polite and wonderful plumber, explained everything thoroughly and left no mess behind. He was prompt, professional, and personable, showing customers everything that was wrong. The company offers competitive pricing with a problem-solving-focused, tenacious work ethic. Service is fast, with one drain problem resolved within an hour. Customers are glad to have used them and will refer friends and family, calling for all plumbing issues.
Aaron was an amazing very polite young man. I called with a drain problem and Aaron was at my house within an hour. I hope I never have to see Aaron again but I do wish Aaron well and I hope I see him maybe Shopping lol
Aaron Bass is a wonderful person and plumber. He showed us everything that was wrong and explained it thoroughly. He was prompt and very professional and personable! I’d give him a 10 star rating out of ten!!!!
A water pipe off of the main burst. BF sent Aaron Bass to get the job done. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable he made the repair in about an hour and a half, during a thunderstorm and heavy downpour. Afterwards he showed me the pictures of what he did, gave me the parts that had burst, tested the system to ensure everything was in proper working order.
