From start to finish, this was truly one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had! My friend and I booked a haircut appointment with their stylist, Helen, and she completely exceeded our expectations. She gave an incredibly thoughtful consultation, listened carefully to what we wanted, and devoted her full attention to making sure we felt comfortable and confident.
Every detail of the service was perfect, the haircut was flawless, the soothing hair wash was so refreshing, and the hot towel with aroma therapy was such a luxurious touch that made the whole experience feel spa-like. Helen was excellent! Not only did I get a great cut; it was also a relaxing and fun experience. She listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I asked for while also making great suggestions. I felt pampered from the moment I arrived till I left. Will absolutely be back!
Helen was so kind and engaging. Listened to my wants and needs, while following them exactly. She explained all her motions she was doing and why. I also noticed how skilled Helen is at layering products. That also means she knows her products very well. I can't wait till my next appointment! Also major shout out to the front desk people. Was immediately greeted and offered a beverage. They checked me in quickly, and made check out and rebooking a breeze. Both the styling chairs and sink chairs were exceptionally comfortable. When you have to sit for hours, this is an important detail.
