“This was my first time trying acupuncture, so I wasn’t sure what to expect and was a little nervous going in. The room was so relaxing, and as soon as the needles were applied, I could instantly feel my stomach ease and the muscles in my jaw release. I struggle with TMJ, so that was especially nice. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! I also really enjoyed the sound bowls during the session they added such a calming touch and really rounded out the whole experience. “this program has been so impactful, it's hard to put into words.. it hasn't always been pretty or easy. it's been incredibly challenging and frustrating at times.
