Tony shows up when he says he will, does an outstanding job, and stands by his services. If you are not satisfied he will address and quickly fix any areas of concern. We were pleased to find a locally owned company where customer service was friendly, prompt, and the end result was a professionally done job with excellent results. Tony came out to Alachua within a day of our request for an estimate and itemized the cost of cleaning sofas, tile and carpet. The next week, our cleaning was scheduled and completed efficiently and thoroughly and we were back in the house in a few hours. We were pleased with the results and happy to be able to have our old furniture and carpet look good enough to last a bit longer, til more supply chain and pandemic related issues are resolved.
