We had A+ install a new unit at our home in early 2023. Their salesman Bob was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work harder to secure our business than any of the three other companies I contacted for quotes. Since then, their service teams have been exceptionally polite during their regular maintenance visits. They seem genuinely committed to helping resolve any performance issues. Most recently, Sebastian came out to fix an issue with the ductwork beneath our home. He arrived on time and showed us pictures afterwards of all the measures he undertook to resolve the problem. Paul, the General Manager, was also very responsive regarding prompt resolution of the issue.
We had the pleasure of having Isaiah come and service our AC unit as well as our daughters. What a very nice young man. He was very polite and pleasant. He answered all of our questions and completed his task in a timely manner. I would like to have this same technician back when we are due in the future.
Added Oct 2024: Our furnace stopped working today at 1:00 PM. I called A+, and despite being busy, they were able to route technician Blake to make the diagnosis. We needed a new circuit board. The A+ office was able to locate the part and pick it up. Blake returned at 4:30 PM with the part and made the repair. We appreciated the quick response, Blake's friendly and professional service, and the excellent coordination with the office to locate and pick up the part. HVAC service doesn't get any better than this.
