First time I have used Spa Kingdom and I recommend highly. David arrived on time, assessed the situation and the hot tub was back up and running a short while later. He was polite and knowledgeable.
I purchased a spa yesterday from Leanne Clay, she was very helpful,knew the product very well. She took time to explain everything about it, selling me it from her knowledge. Thanks
I had a great experience with spa kingdom. Unfortunately, I bought my hot tub somewhere else. I called this other company because something was wrong and they kept telling me nothing was wrong. To make a long story short, the guys at Spa Kingdom were able to find the problem and fix it. Also, anytime I called them for help they were more than helpful. When I needed someone to come out here, they came out right away. I regret that I bought my hot tub at this other company. If you want honesty, integrity, great service and a great product, I recommend Spa kingdom for all your spa services.
