I don’t know what that lady Diana is talking about - she must be a miserable person in life because Nicole and everyone at her salon are top notch professionals.
I came to Nicole a few years ago with a botched hair color job. She listened to me and understood what my end goals were - it took a little while to get there because of the prior damage but she made it happen. . Each time I see her she is engaging, aware of the clock, professional, caring and just a wonderful soul. I have never had any experiences like that 1 star reviewer chick left. I can’t say enough good things about Nicole and her salon. Nicole has done my hair for over 10 years and I don’t trust anyone else. She is the BEST hair stylist I’ve ever had and does the BEST blond highlights! I naturally have very dark hair but she gets my hair platinum white with a very heavy foil. She also does my extensions to perfection. I’ve been to some very famous salons when I lived in LA and Manhattan and they never even came close to this level of blond perfection.
