We replaced our existing roof. We upgraded to a higher quality shingle and additional safeguards.
The crew did an excellent job. Each person on the team had a role. It was “orchestrated” seamlessly from site preparation to shingle removal to installation and cleanup.
The quality of workmanship was superb.
The only issue we had which was immediately resolved when notified was the removal of the dumpster. The company has a standard of not leaving a dumpster on site over the weekend. Roof replacements are a significant reinvestment into properties and there have been some questionable approaches roofers use to get business. Thankfully, Safe and Sound is NOT one of those contractors. Knowledgeable, professional, transparent made this process relatively painless and instilled confidence that we made the right choice.
