The massage was excellent and very relaxing. miyagi used great technique and focused on the right areas to help relieve tension and promote overall relaxation. She checked in to ensure the pressure was just right and that I was comfortable throughout the session.

“Booked a lymphatic drainage massage with James. He is highly skilled in this area and really knows how to activate and get the lymph fluid moving. Half way through the session I had to run to the bathroom to urinate. James said it was normal due to the fluid moving inside my body. I had to urinate what felt like every hour that first day. My daughter said I looked slimmer. My arms and legs were visibly slimmer and they felt light. I had more energy and could move a lot easier.
I weighed myself on the 5th day saw I lost 6 pounds. It is possible this is water weight but either way I feel amazing.
