brought my cat in and they made it seem like maybe he just had a tummy ache and needed a few days to get over it. a week later, after 3 appointments and spending over 1k, he died. still had no idea what even was wrong with him. do not go here if you want to give your pet a chance at survival.

i was never told it was an emergency, my concerns were shrugged off in the first visit. therefore if i am given an expensive list of different and unnecessary things i will decline some for financial reasons. i was told i could personally choose between treatment options, dr never recommended a specific route, and i am not an expert. by the last appointment, he was was in respiratory distress, and clearly much worse condition than his first visit, and i was just sent home with an appointment scheduled for the following WEEK (as if he would make it that long) instead of to an emergency vet. he died that same night.

I am extremely happy with everyone at Care Pet!!! I was surprised at how thoroughly the Dr checked my Lucy. They are a little bit more pricey, but when you get such good service, It Is well worth it. From the receptionist, To the technician and to the doctor, They were all very caring and kind. I just moved and had to find a new place for my babies. I was lucky to find them. !❤️

Took my two cats in for their first checkup, shots, neutering, etc. Everyone was incredibly sweet and seemed super excited to meet my two sweet kitties! Despite how pleasant the people and atmosphere are, there is a flaw. It's a bit disorganized.
I had to fill out documentation several times over because the system was a bit wonky. I didn't really mind, but it did tack on another 20 minutes to the time I spent there. Also, I went in under the impression I'd be paying around $440 for both cats to get seen (this is the quote they initially gave me). They then informed me that this price was for one cat and that the total would be somewhere around $900. THEN I was informed that the information was put into the system wrong and that I would need to pay $1200. I think this is a reasonable price for everything that was getting done, but I really do wish someone could've told me from the beginning...
Overall great place! Very pleasant people who really do love your animals. It just needs to be streamlined for better logistical efficiency.

I asked for bordatella shots and a nail trimming and got charged $430 for three dogs. I am deployed and recently moved to the Jacksonville area before I left. My wife went to get the dogs shots updated and nails trimmed, and they added on extra services without consulting her first. Before she even went to them, I called and confirmed everything they needed. As soon as she went in they were saying the services were going to be $600, she called me confused and asked them to hold off until she could get in contact with me, so by the time she could get a hold of me they already started. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Wonderful staff and clean facility. They were very understanding. I felt they took very good care of my girl. Everyone seemed so accommodating and excited about helping. The costs are also surprisingly very reasonable.
