Scott was AMAZING!! First time getting a home inspection and he made the process very easy. Simple book online option, so you can choose a time that works best for you. He even brought me a chair and snacks, where they do that at? Definitely will recommend and will be using for homes in the future. Thanks Scott!
Home Run Inspections did an absolutely phenomenal job for me! They bent over backwards to meet a very tight deadline. Scott Price was able to not only DO all 5 inspections(Base, 4 point, wind mitigation, WDO/termite and video scope of plumbing/drains) but provide the reports as well in the SAME day!!! Their overall customer service, professionalism and communication was top notch. The reports were thorough and easily understood. I highly recommend them as they truly do "cover all bases".
Scott is amazing and thorough with a keen sense of urgency! He is incredibly good at his job and takes time to explain any thing you need help understanding. Great photos and descriptions. Would recommend him to everyone buying a home!
