Ken Dailey, pleasant and very respectful person. Arrived as scheduled, mid-morning despite uncooperative weather, and performed 4-point and wind mitigation inspection. Using drone for outdoor photos certainly saved time and reduced risk. Ken then went inside home and carefully went thru process with no time wasted and helpful remarks where necessary. Report filed, with copy to myself, by end of business day.
