Very professional and timely. Arrived exactly at time of appointment. Took time to explain the process and how it would be accomplished. Inspection was complete in reasonable length of time.Reviewed and answered my questions after inspection. Forward the inspection report to me and my agent later that day and after I reviewed I called next day to clarify some items. He answered those questions and indicated if I had others questions feel free to call.Overall, it was a good experience for me.
