Trucker….People who work here are really nice and helpful…enough room for backup..they got overnight parking too.

Very rude customer service on the phone. I was looking for some parts for my cooktop and asked first if they sold parts or just the appliances. Before she answered any of my questions she wanted to know if I had a service call in, I told her no. She then wanted my details, so I gave them to her. She was very rude at this point wanting to know how many parts I needed and if I had the part numbers. I did, I asked again if they sold the parts in the store for me to pick up today, and she said no. I asked if they have a distributor that they could order them and they were delivered today, she told me no that's not possible. We've done this many times before with other part stores and were able to get them the same day so I felt like it was a valid question on my end, but clearly she did not. She proceeded to be rude with her remarks and tone. My simple question was, do you sell parts in store? A simple no, we would have to order them would have ended the conversation before it got to this point.

Drew was very helpful in finding me a replacement for a discontinued westhouse bulb. I was able to buy a better fitting bulb for less money

Fort Walton Beach location: unless you are a builder, don’t bother going to or calling this location. They are “too busy” to be bothered with anyone who doesn’t do large volume business with them.In other words, they don’t want home owners wasting their time.Very disappointed!
