Very rude customer service on the phone. I was looking for some parts for my cooktop and asked first if they sold parts or just the appliances. Before she answered any of my questions she wanted to know if I had a service call in, I told her no. She then wanted my details, so I gave them to her. She was very rude at this point wanting to know how many parts I needed and if I had the part numbers. I did, I asked again if they sold the parts in the store for me to pick up today, and she said no. high quality and good service at a fair price. Lighting, electrical, bulbs, etc are in stock and super customer service to help you select if need be. Very solid, stand behind their products. Recommended for sure

Fort Walton Beach location: unless you are a builder, don’t bother going to or calling this location. They are “too busy” to be bothered with anyone who doesn’t do large volume business with them.In other words, they don’t want home owners wasting their time.Very disappointed!
